OUR RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY

• nu NATIONAL offers refunds/exchanges on purchased items within 14 days with a receipt.

• All items must be returned in its original packaging, including manuals, cables, and all equipment.

• There will be no refunds on shipping costs. The customer is responsible for paying shipping costs to return the item to our warehouse.

• Physically damaged products will not be accepted for return or exchange.

• A 15% re-stocking fee will be charged on all refunds.
